To ensure customer safety and satisfaction, DHL shipments require an additional $500 MXN insurance. The insurance allows us to assume liability in case of unforeseen events on the part of DHL during transport. We will refund the money or the product according to your preference. It is important to note that this policy does not apply to shipments by Aeromexico Cargo, which offer a service with a lower probability of delays.
